What’s Changing?

Any 'Notes' entered into contractor shifts created in Scheduling will now be exported to HR & Payroll and will appear in Tronc module exports.

Reason for the Change

Provides improved context and detail in the Tronc module exports.

Customers Affected

All HR & Payroll-integrated customers using Scheduling. 

Release Notes 

Fig.1 below shows the Notes field that will now be sent to the Tronc export. 

This field is typically used to record information such as the worker's name, the shift duration or any other specific details related to the contractor shift. 

For a given day for the same role, the notes will be consolidated and displayed in one field in the Tronc export.
