Employees can view their personal schedule on the Home tab of their HotSchedules account. Posted weekly schedules are displayed under the My Plate section.
If you do not see any shifts listed here, it is possible that your manager has not posted the schedule for that week yet. If a manager is still writing the schedule for the specified week, your schedule will be blank until it is posted.
Follow these steps to confirm if the schedule has been posted yet:
- Log into your HotSchedules account.
- On the Home tab, locate the My Plate section where your schedule will normally be displayed.
- At the top of each week, there will be a header showing you how many of your schedules have been posted. For example, the screenshot below shows that 0 of the 2 schedules this employee is on have been posted.
- Additionally, you can select the View Entire Schedule drop down menu, and the list of schedules you are a member of will appear. They will show as posted if the managers have posted them.
Note: You will also receive a message on the Messaging tab every time your schedule is posted or modified. If you have email of text messaging configured on your account, then you will also receive those notifications. Remember, if you have any questions or concerns about when your schedule will be posted or what shifts you have been scheduled, please contact your manager.
