Managers have the ability to resend the email that invites a new hire to complete their onboarding paperwork in GoHire.
Follow these steps to re-send onboarding documents to new hires:
- Access your GoHire account and select the My Lists tab at the top of the screen.
- Select My Hiring List from the subtabs.
- Locate the new hire in the Hiring List and select View on the far right side of that row.
- This will open up the details of the employee's onboarding packet.
- Select the Re-Send Email button.
- Another email will be sent to the new hire prompting them to log in and fill out their paperwork.
