A HotSchedules user can set Primary Job Codes for employees in the Staff tab. A job code that is set as the primary will be the default option for that employee when assigning them shifts in the scheduler.
Follow these steps to set up Primary Job Codes:
- Log into HotSchedules and select the Staff tab to view the Staff List.
- Select an employee's name to view his/her profile, and select the Jobs/Schedules tab.
- Simply click the Primary bullet to the right of the appropriate Job Code.
- Select the Save button at the bottom of the page.
