Overview
A HotSchedules user can set Primary Job Codes for employees in the Staff tab. A job code that is set as the primary will be the default option for that employee when assigning them shifts in the scheduler.
Setting up Primary Job Codes
- Navigate to the Staff tab, select Staff List

- Select an employee's name to view their profile

- Select the Jobs/Schedules tab
- Select the Primary radio button to the right of the appropriate Job Code
- Once selected the page will save automatically
