Job Templates make posting jobs through GoHire quick and easy. All of the job details and screening questions are already filled out for the next use and managers will just have to make minor edits.
Follow these steps to edit your job templates for future use:
- Select the My Lists tab from your GoHire account.
- Select My Job Template List from the menu.
- You will see a list of all of your saved templates on this page.
- You can search for specific templates by their name.
- You can edit the Sharing setting of your job template by selecting it. Shared indicates that other users will be able to see this template. Private means that you will not share this template with other users on your company's site.
- Select the name of the job template.
- This will take you into the actual job details. This is where you can make edits to the job template.
- Feel free to change the description, requirements, and screening questions to meet your needs.
- Select Save and Continue at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
