The Hiring List in GoHire contains all of the onboarding documents for new hires you have processed in the system. You will see two different icons appearing for onboarding records on this list.
The blue I-9 icon indicates that this new hire has completed their portion of the I-9 tax form. At this point a manager still needs to View this onboarding and complete the manager portion of the I-9.
The blue I-9 icon with a green check mark indicates that both the new hire and a manager have completed their portions od the I-9 form.
