If an applicant or a new hire has already set up an account to apply for jobs, they will log into the same account to fill out their onboarding paperwork. If they are having issues logging in to complete their onboarding or application in GoHire, they will be locked after multiple unsuccessful attempts. This would happen if they were entering incorrect login information.
The account will be unlocked after 30 minutes from their last login attempt. Once the account is unlocked, the user will be able to log in using the correct username and password.
If the applicant or new hire is unsure of their username and password, they can select the Forgot Password link on the login page. Alternatively, they can contact Customer Care to have the correct credentials emailed to them.
