Clear cookies and cache
Clearing all your cookies, cache, and temporary internet files. This may be done by holding down Ctrl, Shift, and Delete simultaneously while you are on the browser you are using, which is the active window. A new window will open that will give you the option to clear out the browsing history (please make sure there is a time frame available that you pick for ALL time). You will then initialize the clearing of the cookies and cache, and when this is finished, please close all tabs and instances of the browser completely. If this is not done, the cached data will not fully clear out.

Change browser
Try using a different browser on your computer. We always recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Enable Desktop Site
If you do not have any other device available at that moment, enable the feature called 'Desktop Site.' Find out more on how to do this here: Activate Desktop Mode for Android and iOS
Steps for an Employer
Try providing them with the link directly from the application.
- For example, Hired > Recruiting > Job Postings > Get Link > Select the location and the job position for which the applicant wants to apply
- After giving the application link to the person, please let them know to form a new 4-digit PIN number; if they use the previous one, they will continue having the same issue
