HS: Time Off and Request Report

Overview

Keeping track of your employees time off and requests is easy to do using the Time Off and Request Report on Hotschedules. If you would like more information on how Time Off and Requests work, view this article: HS Time Off and Requests: Overview.
 

Generating the Time Off and Request Report

• Navigate to the Reporting tab, select Dashboard

• From the Staff & Store section, select Time Off & Request Report 

Fig.2 - All Reports

• Select the following options and filters to cause the report to generate data
  • Date Range
  • Filters:
    • Employees
    • Schedules
    • Jobs
    • Status
    • Type
• Once generated, you may select PRINT REPORT to create a printout of the report if needed
