Report - Employees at point in time

Good afternoon,

Please can you help us locate the best report to use for;

 

How many employees/ workers (excluding agency) we have, at a point in time.

 

I need to get monthly figures for auditors, and we have this question every year, for every month.

 

I need number of team at point in time, say 1st of month.

Starters and leavers in that month.

 

And need to complete for EVERY month of the year.

 

We have analytics, and use several reports, but never quite have what we need spot on, so the auditors don’t like it.

 

We need;

 

320 1st January

10 starters

12 leavers

 

308 1at February

 

For example.

 

Is there something that illustrates this easily??

The MAT on analytics is too woolly for them.

Hi Jovita,

I hope you are well.

A report to view how many employees are employed at a point in time could be created using a customised report. 

Customised reports can be created through the following path:

HR > Reports > Customised Reports > Create Template

From here, you can choose which fields you would like to include, for this report, at least "Start Date" and "Termination Date" would be required. 

You can then apply criteria to these fields to match what you require for your report.

To view information regarding the number of employees terminated, Employee Turnover Reports can be run. 

If you would like to see this kind of report in the system by default I would advise creating an ideas request for this.
