• Administrators – Roles and Permissions Update
  The Administrators experience has been updated with clearer permission names, improved filtering, and a redesigned interface that makes administrator roles and access easier to view and manage.

• Event Pools – Sales % Tip Out and Split Check
  Tip Pooling Admins now have additional flexibility when configuring Event pools.
  
  Sales % Tip Out: Event pools can use a percentage of sales from selected checks as the pool contribution. Admins can choose which sales categories apply and configure the contribution percentage.
  
  Split Check: When multiple employees contribute to the same check, the check contribution can be divided between contributors equally or based on hours worked.
  
  These enhancements provide more flexibility for Event pools where contributions are based on sales and multiple employees may work the same check.

What’s New

The Administrators experience has been updated to make administrator access easier to view and manage.

Updates include:

• A redesigned Administrators list with role, permission, organization, location, and status information
• New filtering options to help locate administrators by role, status, organization, or location
• Updated permission names that more clearly distinguish Admin and Read Only access
• Improved permission details to help administrators understand what each role and permission provides access to
• Separate Profile & Contact and Permissions & Access sections when editing an administrator

Existing administrator access remains unchanged as part of this update.

Event Pools – Sales % Tip Out

Availability
Available to organizations using Event Pools.

Who Benefits
Tip Pooling Admins who create and manage Event pools.

What's New
When creating an Event pool, Sales % Tip Out is available as a contribution option. Admins can select the applicable sales categories, configure the contribution percentage, and choose the closed checks that contribute to the pool.

Event Pools – Split Check

Availability
Available to organizations using Event Pools.

Who Benefits
Tip Pooling Admins managing Event pools where multiple employees contribute to the same check.

What's New
Selected checks can include multiple contributors. The contribution for each check can be divided equally among contributors or based on each contributor's hours worked.
