The iQ Stats Dashboard gives teams visibility into how users across their locations are engaging with iQ Actions and Alerts.
The dashboard is broken down into four tabs:
Alerts by Volume Tab
Provides a comprehensive overview of alert activity across the selected date range, helping teams understand alert volumes, read rates, and engagement patterns. The tab includes:
- An Alerts by Date Range KPI banner showing total Alerts, New vs Read counts and percentages, Alerts by Severity (Critical, High, Medium, Low), and AVG Recipients per Alert
- An Alerts by Status 12-week trend chart tracking total Alerts, Read Alerts, and New Alerts by week

- A Recipients by Location and Severity detail table showing alert counts, read rates, recipients, and read-by figures per location
- Alerts by Date and Severity and Alerts by Date and Type detail tables for full granular analysis
Time to Alerts Tab

- An AVG Time to Mark as Read KPI showing minimum (7 hrs 0 mins) and maximum (1 day 11 hrs) response times across the selected period
- A Time to Read Trend dual line chart (Max/Min) plotted both By Week (W14–W25) and By Weekday (Mon–Sun)
