Dynamic Drivers Dashboard Introduced for EMEA
The Dynamic Drivers Dashboard (already available to customers in North America) is now rolling out for EMEA. The EMEA version launches with full Offsets functionality, giving EMEA users the same forecast movement and offset analysis experience as their NA counterparts- Dynamic Drivers Dashboard: Users can now report on various volume types (such as sales, guests, items, covers, and deliveries), track variances between actuals and forecasts, and assess forecast accuracy across locations and revenue centres, all within a single dashboard
- Offsets Tab: The dashboard includes an Offsets tab aligned to the same logic and definitions used in the NA Dynamic Drivers dashboard, ensuring consistent offset reporting across regions. Users can now review offset data in context alongside their dynamic driver metrics, making it easier to understand how and why forecasts have changed over time
- Offset Parent Filter: The Offset Parent filter is available from launch, allowing EMEA managers to segment offset data and identify which adjustments are driving forecast movements
Please note: This dashboard is available for EMEA customers only. Please liaise with your Fourth contact to have it enabled. For NA customers, please refer to the existing Dynamic Drivers Dashboard release note.
Release date: 18th June 2026
What are Offsets?
Offsets indicate how many days in advance a forecast was generated. Comparing offsets shows how predictions change as the forecast date approaches. Significant shifts between offsets and actual volumes can signal emerging trends, events, or new data impacting demand.
Each day, forecasts are produced for the next 56 days,
- Offset 1 — forecast for tomorrow (most recent, typically most accurate)
- Offset 7 — forecast one week ahead (moderate uncertainty)
- Offset 14 — forecast two weeks ahead (highest uncertainty among these)
By using the Offset Parent Filter, the 'Offset Trend Analysis' graph can display each of these different offset values against different volume types (or 'All' - selected in the Transaction Type filter).
Applied filters will also affect the 'All Offsets by Date and Location' table, as shown in Fig.2.
