In our ongoing effort to continually improve performance and resilience, Fourth will be undertaking a technical refresh on the Database Tier.
The upgrade will be delivered on a rolling schedule between 2nd June and 14th July 2026 in product-specific downtime windows.
Affected Products
The following products will each have a dedicated maintenance window scheduled within the above period:
- Inventory
- TradeSimple
- Scheduling
- Adaco
- FnB Live
- eParts
What this means for you
This is an infrastructure/database platform upgrade; there are no functional changes to your Fourth products.
Some intrusive maintenance will be required to complete the work.
Subscribers will be notified via the Fourth Status page to advise of the respective maintenance windows impacting Fourth products.
