Organizations that use assessments during the application process have access to turn on a Manager Task called View Coaching Report during the new hire onboarding process.
Why should I use the View Coaching Report task at my organization?
- The vast majority of turnover happens within the employee’s first 90 days of employment. PeopleMatter wants to assist in preventing this churn by helping keep the lines of communication open between managers and employees during the new hire period and thereafter.
- The Coaching Report can assist managers in understanding their employees’ personalities, strengths, and weaknesses which can lead to constructive communication and greater effectiveness.
