Administrators can use these resources to post a location-specific or job-specific application URL to additional websites.
Location-Specific Direct Application URL
For each of your locations, you can also utilize a location-specific URL, which will direct applications to open jobs at the specific location. You can access your location-specific direct application URLs by utilizing the Direct Apply URLs for Active Locations Report. Please note, if you are accessing the reporting feature for the first time, you will need to wait 24 hours for your permissions to be active.
You can access the Direct Apply URLs for Active Locations Report by following these steps:
- Click WorkSpaces
- Under your organization, click Administrator
- The Administrator Home WorkSpace will appear. Click Reporting
- On the toolbar, click Library
- Click the Direct Apply URLs for Active Locations Report
- The report will run. You can click to Save the report or Export the report as a downloadable file.
Job Specific Direct Application URL
For each of your jobs, you can also utilize a job specific URL, which will direct applications to the open job at a specific location. You can access your job specific direct application URLs by utilizing the Direct Apply URLs for Active Job Openings Report. Please note, if you are accessing the reporting feature for the first time, you will need to wait 24 hours for your permissions to be active.
You can access the Direct Apply URLs for Active Job Openings Report by following these steps:
- Click WorkSpaces.
- Under your organization, click Administrator.
- The Administrator Home WorkSpace will appear. Click Reporting.
- On the toolbar, click Library.
- Click the Direct Apply URLs for Active Job Openings Report.
- The report will run. You can click to Save the report or Export the report as a downloadable file.
