The following table indicates how HMSHost HR Leaders and Store Managers will utilize the PeopleMatter Platform and Onboarding:

Account Access	Your organization's Project Team will need to grant you access. The Project Team will assign you a Username and Password. Your Username and Password will be communicated to you prior to Go-Live. Your Username is your Employee ID. When you first log into the system, you are advised to change your password.
Crosswalk / FAQs	This resource is full of commonly asked questions and provides details on what you can expect as you get started. It is recommended that you read this document prior to viewing the training video.
Training Video	View the Training Video posted on HMSHost's YouTube Channel. This session will cover the necessary steps to review applicants and hire candidates.

Requisitions & Job Postings	Most HMSHost job openings will post on job boards as evergreen postings, which means they will not need to be opened and closed regularly. Job openings that are marked as evergreen will receive new applicants on a regular basis. Field Hourly positions and some Field Management positions will be marked as evergreen. Other positions do require action to open a requisition/job posting.
