New Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) Rules
The platform has been updated to reflect the 2026/2027 Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) changes. While the deployment occurred on 26th February 2026, these updates only affect absences with a start date on or after 6 April 2026. Key changes include the removal of SSP waiting days, entitlement for employees previously below the Lower Earnings Limit and calculation of SSP at 80% of average weekly earnings (or the statutory flat rate, whichever is lower).
