What’s New?

• Right to Work Validation in Scheduling
  To ensure compliance, enhancements have been made to the Right to Work (RTW) validation within the Scheduling module. Employees without valid and in-date RTW details and rules (configured in the HR module) enforced in Scheduling will be prevented from being scheduled. This includes checks for expired RTW types, expired student visas, and student visa hour limits outside of exception periods. Additionally, if a TrustID response is held, the manual Right to Work section will automatically populate with a read-only TrustID type, regardless of status, to maintain accurate data.
