What’s New?
- Young Worker Age Groups
When the Organisation setting Display young workers on schedule page is enabled, age-group tags (<16, 16–18, 18–21) will now appear next to employee names on the schedule. This gives instant visibility to managers and removes the need to open employee profiles to see their age
- Employee Pay Banding Symbols
When the Organisation setting Display Pay-Bandings is enabled, pay banding symbols will appear next to employee names on the schedule. As with young worker age groups, this gives managers instant visibility of this information, which shows whether employees are above or below the average pay rate for their job role at their location
The base rate is calculated (average hourly rate of that job role in the location), and then a lower and upper group is calculated, based on a buffer of 10%.
The band will update automatically if the base rate changes.
Pay rates below the lower threshold display a single £ icon
Rates between the thresholds (inclusive) display a double ££ icon
Rates above the upper threshold display a triple £££ icon
Example
Base rate = £15.00 → buffer = £1.50 → Lower = £13.50, Upper = £16.50
£13.40 → £ £14.50 → ££ £16.60 → £££

- Holiday Tags Redesign
