Overview
Every screen in Fourth's UK Workforce Management Solution features a pinned toolbar at the top, which includes a Quick Links drop-down.
The Feedback option here allows administrators to send one-way emails to a predefined list of recipients. This can be a useful tool for sharing information across an organisation (multiple recipients can be selected), as well as a way to email employees directly from the system.
User Permission
To give an administrator user access to the Feedback option from the Quick Links drop-down:
Go to HR > Users > Assign User Access > search and select the employee (the admin user)
Select User Profile (top right corner) and tick the box for Feedback Email
Then scroll down and repeatedly select Next to apply the change
Configuring Feedback Email Recipients
Users with this access can then:
- Go to HR > Administration > Feedback Email
- Enter the Email Address and then a Description for the email recipient - this is what will be selected when using the Feedback tool
- Only one email address can be entered for each recipient
- Up to 25 email addresses can be entered
- Scroll down and Save
Sending Feedback Emails
- From anywhere in the system, use the Quick Links drop-down and select Feedback
- In the pop-up window that opens, enter a body of text for the feedback email and select from the list of recipients (as set up earlier)
- Hold the +Ctrl key to make multiple selections
- When ready, select Send
Recipients will receive emails from the address 'support@fourthhospitality.com'.
