Employee Records can be accessed via the Employee list in either the HR or Payroll Module by searching and selecting the desired record.

Within the employee record, menu options and pages can be accessed using the silhouette Icon as shown in Fig 2.

The Employee Menu side panel will then expand. As with the Module side panel, all employee pages from the HR, Payroll and Pension modules can be accessed without the need to switch between them.

It is possible to navigate between modules whilst still having the employee record available for a quick link back to it if required.
Select the Module 'burger menu' from the top left corner of the screen and select the page required. Other module pages can be navigated and updated as normal whilst the employee record panel remains available at the side of the screen.

At any point, the employee record can be accessed again, by selecting the silhouette icon at the top of the employee side panel and selecting the desired page as shown in Fig.3.
To close an employee record, select the X icon at the bottom of the side panel.
