- Select a completed template .CSV file and select Upload
Opening and closing times will then be loaded for the departments provided in the file. Any existing times for departments not in the file will remain in their current state. The file will be validated when uploaded, ensuring the department EPOS ID is valid for the organisation and the HH:mm values are formatted correctly. Any errors in the file will be returned onscreen.

Uploading Override Opening Times
Overridden times will be displayed and if none are provided, then the departments' cut off hours after midnight are displayed. Unless these are amended, the department's default opening times are used. If the current week is uploaded, the file will error if there are any values for current or past days - only future days can be overridden.

Exporting Opening Times
Default and overridden opening times can be exported from the new Upload Opening Times page.

- Select Export
The export will then download.
