Overview
The employee batch update can be used to update the following attributes for multiple employees simultaneously:
- Preferred Name
- WTD Signed
- Shift/Hourly rate
- Salary
- Holiday Allowance Calculated
- Job Title
- Full Time Equivalent
- Reports To
- Flexible Holiday Override
- National Min Wage Compliance
- Carry Over holiday
Using the Employee Batch Update
- Go to HR > Employees > Employee Batch Update
- Apply search filters as required. For example, to easily identify employees who currently have no line manager, select No Manager from the Reports To drop-down
- Select Search when ready
Each employee will be listed onscreen with their Location and Division.
- Then make a selection from the Employee Attribute drop-down
The screen will then refresh, and drop-down boxes will appear next to every employee on the list.
- Make individual selections, or use the drop-down as shown in Fig.4 to select the same for every employee
- Select Apply
All employee drop-down boxes will update.
- Then scroll down to Save the changes
