When navigating to the homepage in Labour Productivity, the page will load immediately and the pie chart will load thereafter.

Reason for the Change
To improve the user experience and overall performance of Labour Productivity.
Release Notes
When users log in to Labour Productivity, the homepage will load as normal. However, the data that is used in the pie chart will load after the homepage is displayed. Whilst the pie chart is being updated, a spinning 'loading' wheel will be displayed. Once loaded, the homepage and the pie chart will function as normal.
