Release Notes WFM: Labour Productivity: New Report Links: Passive Shift Reason Report and Rota Approval Report

What’s Changing?
There will be new functionality to select a quick link in the Rota Approval Report which will take the user to the Passive Shift Reason Report.

Reason for the Change
Allows for quick navigation from the Rota Approval Report to the Passive Shift Reason report if the customer has the ‘Enable Passive Shift Reason Code’ feature enabled. 

The new functionality allows the user to easily switch between the ‘Passive Shift Reason Report’ and the ‘Rota Approval Report’.

The new buttons will then be displayed on the Rota Approval Report and the Passive Shift Reason Report.

Customers Affected
All customers with ‘Enable Passive Shift Reason Code’ functionally enabled.

The new button will be displayed in the ‘Rota Approval Report’ screen.

Please Note: This feature will only be visible if the user has the permission to view the ‘Passive Shift Reason report’. 

• Selecting Passive Shift Reason Report will open the Passive Shift Reason Report for all Locations which the user has access to

Within the ‘Passive Shift Reason Report’ screen, the ‘Rota Approval Report’ button will be visible only if the user has the permission to view the ‘Rota Approval Report. 

• To easily navigate back to the Rota Approval Report from the 'Passive Shift Reason Report' screen, select Rota Approval Report, see Fig.2
