WFM UK: ATS: Making a Change to the ATS Configuration

Overview

This article provides guidance on how to request changes to certain elements of the Fourth Applicant Tracking Solution (ATS) configuration where currently only a Fourth user can make the change.

 Configuration Changes

The following areas are currently only able to be modified by Fourth:

• Change to solution branding (excluding Job Role or Location images)

• Additional TrustID admin users

• Application form changes
• Permission group changes
• Contract changes (please go here: WFM UK - ATS - Making Changes to a Contract for more details on contract changes and how to submit them) 
• Caterer Premium Template changes

Information Required

Please provide the following information to your Fourth Contact: 

• Organisation name

• ATS Brand (if applicable)

• Changes required for XXXXX (Area of the system where changes are required)

• Desired completion date: (dd/mm/yyyy)

• Any additional information: XXXX

Please Note: Any configuration changes take a minimum of 10 working days. As such, please provide as much             advance notice for requests as possible

Once the request has been received, a timeline will be provided for the changes. If required, a Solution Consultant will be in touch to discuss the changes.

Customer Name: Fourth

ATS Brand: Fourth Brand A

Changes required to: ATS Homepage Image to be replaced with a new image. Desired completion: 01/03/2020

Please add additional information: The current image on our ATS home page needs to be replaced with the image attached.
