The Change
For Locations using the Labour Productivity Module when creating or editing an employee’s employment details or multiple employment details you will see that the default shifts are no longer visible on the screens. The reason for this is that the Labour Productivity module does not show default shifts when scheduling whereas the rota screen does and this is causing discrepancies and mismatches of data between the two modules.Release Date: 31st March 2016
Reason for the Change
We have noticed discrepancies and mismatches of data between the Rota module and Labour Productivity Modules due to default shifts showing on the Rota but not on Labour Productivity, therefore we are removing default shifts functionality if the location is using the Labour Productivity Module.Customers Affected
All People System customers using the Labour Productivity ModuleRelease Notes
If, when creating or editing an employee’s main or multiple employment job, the location for is using the Labour Productivity module, the option to set default shifts for the employee will no longer be seen as these are not used in the Labour Productivity Module and are causing discrepancies and mismatches of data between the Rota and Labour Productivity Modules.Fig 1 – Employment Details Page
