Overview
Customise the look and feel of the Engage app/Fourth platform using the Brand object in the Fourth Platform console. The Brand object within the console controls a number of elements within Engage, including colour schemes, logos and login help.

Managing your Brands
Access the Fourth Platform console through https://secure.fourth.com/home/home.jsp. Only users with Administrative access to Salesforce will be able to carry out the steps detailed below.
Navigate to the Brand menu option and either:
Once in the Brand page, select Edit to access a number of fields that can be populated or updated.

Consider that space is limited when access from a mobile device and/or browser tabs, particularly when multiple tabs are open.

Add colour in HTML format, e.g. #FFFFFF for white.
Additional options to upload images for your login page background image and the logo that displays at the top of the Feed page can be added either before editing the Brand or once changes have been saved.

The login page background image must be high quality and presentable when cropped. The size required is 1200 x 800 pixels for all devices.

The size required for the brand logo is 160 x 90 pixels for all devices.

- Select a recent Brand
- Search all of your Brands
- Create New Brand

Once in the Brand page, select Edit to access a number of fields that can be populated or updated.

Field Label | Comments |

Pre Login Help | This text is displayed whenever a user selects the Forgotten Password or Forgotten Username link on the main login page. Formatting tools are available. |
Login Page Text | This text is displayed underneath the word ‘Hello’ at the top of the main login page. |
Login Page Title | This is the name of the web page that is displayed within a browser tab. |

This text appears next to a tick box that confirms agreeing to T&Cs. This text is displayed within a dedicated page that is made available to new users on the password creation page via a link. Formatting tools are available. |
Colour | This is the colour of the main font used within the app. |
Background Colour | The colour of menu options when selected. |
Menu Background Colour | The colour of the Menu Background. |
Header Background Colour | The colour of the area at the top of the feed page. |
Header Font Colour | The colour of the Menu symbol and Post icons. |
Custom Background Colour | The background colour of the Feed and Custom Menu Option pages. |
Content Font Colour | This field is currently not in use. |
Feedback URL | Typically used for Feedback Surveys. This link will be displayed within the main menu as Feedback. When selected, the URL provided will open in a separate window. Leave blank to remove the Feedback menu option. |
Additional options to upload images for your login page background image and the logo that displays at the top of the Feed page can be added either before editing the Brand or once changes have been saved.
