Employees
The Employees List displays all the employees on the portal.

Employee Training Plan
This screen shows the personal development plan for the employee.

The left hand side of the screen shows the training courses and actions on the employee's current training level. It also shows any additional training courses or actions that need to be completed. The right hand side of the screen shows all completed training courses and actions.
Depending on the user accessing the page, the system will display a variation of the screen shown in Fig.3.

Recording Completion of an Action
Many organisations will use Induction as the first action on the first training level on the first stage.
The following instructions should be followed to record when an employee has received their induction training.

Personalising or Adapting a Development Plan
The development plan for an employee can be completely derived from the career path and training path. However, a company without the need for this structure may manage employee training in a more personalised or ad hoc method.

Employees
The Employees List displays all the employees on the portal.

- Use the search criteria at the top of the screen to filter the employees. This works in a similar way to the employee searches in both the HR and Payroll modules
- In addition the employee list can be filtered by training level and eligibility for promotion
- Select an employee record to view their Training Plan
Employee Training Plan
This screen shows the personal development plan for the employee.

The left hand side of the screen shows the training courses and actions on the employee's current training level. It also shows any additional training courses or actions that need to be completed. The right hand side of the screen shows all completed training courses and actions.
Depending on the user accessing the page, the system will display a variation of the screen shown in Fig.3.

- From this screen the trainer may record the attendance of the employee on the course and the result
- The trainer may also make comments and give feedback to the employee
- From the same screen a manager would be able to view the trainer and employee feedback, trainer comment and change the attendance if the employee had not already attended the course

- Select the employee from the list to open their Training Plan
- Select the appropriate Induction action

- Change the Result Score to Completed Successfully
- Type any notes or comments if required
- Save

- Select Add Training course to assign a training course to an employee

- To assign a course manually, tick the box next to the course under the Assign? column and select Assign on the bottom-right corner to add the course to the employee’s development plan
- To add an Action, similarly select Add Action under the employee's development plan

- If the action required for the employee is not from the standard list of actions, select Create Personal Action to create a one-off action for the individual employee
