What’s Changing?
Functionality to automatically publish the Schedule to the My Schedule app X number of days before the week start date.

Reason for the Change
To allow employees to see the most recently updated shifts in the My Schedule app.
Customers Affected
The functionality will be switched off by default but can be activated for all customers using Labour Productivity.
This is a Global Setting and will be enabled for all locations. Please liaise with your Fourth contact to have this done.

Appearance in Labour Productivity
The Schedule page will display a new amber warning message that shows the number of days until the Schedule will be automatically published. The number of days is configurable by a Global Setting, and is set to the number of days before the week start date.
Any Schedules for the organisation which haven’t already been published will be auto published 13:00 GMT, X days before the week start date. Only that week will be published. The warning message will appear 10 days before the Auto Publish date.
