F5146/US34864 | Recipes |
Ability to Assign Bar Codes to Recipes At the top of the Recipe screen there is now a new button called Bar Codes. This will open a new Bar Codes window from where one or more bar codes can be assigned to the item. As with product bar codes, any of the supported bar code formats can be selected. Bar Code values must be unique. |
F5146/US33343 | Recipes |
Auto Generation of Recipe Bar Codes Within Property > Administration > Property Preferences > Customization it is possible to set a pattern against which product and recipe bar codes can be automatically generated. With this option set, a new EAN13 bar code will be automatically generated when clicking on the New button in the recipe or product bar codes screen (see above). Please contact Fourth if you require an auto generation format setting for your bar codes. |
F5146/US33345 | Recipes |
Inclusion of Recipe Bar Codes in ePOS API Adaco provides an ePOS API which exposes details of the items that sell. This allows a 3rd party ePOS provider to populate your POS system with items directly from Adaco. This API now exposes any bar codes associated with your recipes which can be used within the POS to identify sales items using a bar code scanner. Contact Fourth if you, or your ePOS provider wish to utilise the ePOS Sales Items API. |
F5146/US33344 | Recipes |
Inclusion of Recipes in Retail Label Report When running the retail Label Report it is not possible to include recipes and their bar codes in the report. The report can be run by Category which will include any products and recipes within the selected category or by selected recipes or for all recipes. Where a recipe is assigned more than one bar code then a separate label for each bar code associated with the recipe will be printed. |
F4159/US35397 | Approvals |
Amendments to Content of Requisition Approval Web Page When requisitions are sent for Review, Approval or Final Approval it is possible to Review, Approve or Finally Approve them directly from a web browser (typically on a mobile device). In the approvals web page for requisitions there are now two tables: The first table will list each item within the requisition along with quantity, purchase unit, unit price, extended cost, any rates assigned to the item and the account to which the purchase will be assigned. The second table will show the impact that the purchase will have on the period budget where a budget has been set. Where no budgets have been set for the items within the requisition this table will not be shown. Each of these new tables can be shown or hidden by clicking on the +/- buttons. |
F4159/US35395 | Approvals |
Re-Routing of Approvals for Non PO Invoices It is now possible to re-route non PO invoices which have been sent for approval to an alternate user. This can be achieved by the original approver setting their Out of Office settings in the Edit menu where they can select an alternative user to approve invoices on their behalf during the specified period of absence. |
F4159/US25626 | Approvals |
Web Approval of Non PO Invoices When non PO invoices are submitted for review, approval or final approval they can now be approved directly from the approval web page (typically on a mobile device). When a user is required to review, approve or finally approve a non PO invoice they will receive an email notifying them of the required action (providing that the user has a valid email address configured in their user account and that the sender’s account is configured to send email notifications.) Within the email there will be a link to a web page. Once the approving user logs into the web page they will be presented with a summary of the invoice that requires their approval. From this web page the user can either review, approve, finally approve or reject the invoice adding a comment if required. Note: The table showing the nominal breakdown of the invoice can be shown or hidden by clicking on the +/- button. |
US34155 | Reports |
Display Product and Recipe Images on Outlet Inventory Report When running the Outlet Inventory Sheet Report there is a new option - Include Images. Where this option is selected any images associated with the products or recipes within the selected outlets will be displayed beneath the product listing making it easier to identify the required product. |
US34596 | Reports |
Add Adaco Invoice Number to Receiving Verify Report When running the Receiving Verify Report the internal Adaco invoice number is now shown against each invoice posted against the receiving. Note this is the internal Adaco invoice number not to be confused with the vendor’s invoice number which is also shown against each invoice. |
Bug Fixes & Optimisations
ID | Area Affected | Description |
---|---|---|
D9470 |
Reports | Under certain conditions when multiple amendments were made to a receiving which was in a currency other than the property currency the value of the receiving was incorrectly reported in the Purchase History Report. This has now been resolved. |
D14773 | Punchout Order Transmission | Previously when ordering multiple instances of the same advanced product using a vendor’s Punchout, an internal index number was incorrectly appended to the vendor’s product number. This has now been resolved so that the vendor’s product number will be included correctly when the order is transmitted via Punchout. |
D17106 | Recipes | When printing a recipe there was a minor issue with text overlapping within the allergens section of the recipe card. This has been resolved so that all text is correctly aligned and legible in the recipe card. |
D17471 | Interfaces | When using the Great Plains XML AP interface, vendor’s which had unusually long names caused an error when exporting the invoices. This has now been resolved. |
