What’s Changing?
Adaco release 4.6.80 includes new reports and changes to existing reports. Specifically:
Proposed Release Date: 10th April 2018.
Reason for the Change
The Recipe Nutrition Report provides visibility over the nutritional values of recipes in a single report.
The Recipe Audit Report provides visibility over changes made to recipes and recipe ingredients.
To assist with evaluating the impact of revised vendor quotes the Vendor Quote Analysis Report now allows a user to see the impact of price changes prior to approving the quotations.
To assist with VAT tax reporting the Purchase Order Rate Report now shows the value of spend against which each VAT rate was applied.

Recipe Nutrition Report
Within the Recipe section of the Report Centre there is a new report called Recipe Nutrition Report. The report can be run for selected recipes, selected categories or all categories. The report can be run to show the nutritional values per serving, per 100g or per serving also showing the percentage of the Recommended Daily Value for each nutrient.
Please Note: When running the report for all categories, it may return a lot of data and consequently may take a while to run.
Recipe Audit Report
Within the Recipe section of the Report Centre there is a new report called Recipe Audit Report. The report can be run for selected recipes or all recipes and can be run to report changes over a selected period of time. When running the report you can choose to see changes to the recipe header (such as changes to sell price, name etc.), changes to the recipe ingredients or changes to both a recipe and its ingredients.
Please Note: Due to the way that recipe changes are implemented when Recipe Approvals is in use, changes to recipes requiring approval will not be included in the Recipe Audit Report. This additional functionality is scheduled for inclusion in a future release.
Vendor Quote Analysis Report
When running the existing Vendor Quote Analysis Report there is a new option called Include Unapproved Quotes. With this option selected all quotations will be included in the report regardless of their approval status. The approval status will be shown in a new column called “Status”.
Please Note: where approvals is not enabled for vendor quotes then all quotes will be considered as approved.
Purchase Order Rate Report
When running this existing report there is a new column to show the value of goods against which the rate amount has been applied. The existing column which shows the amount of the rate has been renamed to “Rate Amount”.
