The Change
Work has been completed to expose Notable Days and Notable Days Lists functionality to the UI. This change allows admin users to bulk edit the application of Notable Days Lists for multiple locations.
Reason for the Change
Previously, tasks had to be raised for the development team to assign Notable Days lists to organisations’ locations so as to configure that functionality.
Work has been completed to create a UI to view and create Notable Days, view and create Notable Day Lists and to apply Notable Day lists to individual locations.
This change allows for the fast application of Notable Day Lists to multiple locations for any given organisation. It significantly reduces project setup time.

Functionality available for all Team Hours customers.

There are three Notable Days Lists available as standard across all portals:
Bespoke Notable Days Lists can also be created for organisations.
The location bulk edit screen now allows for the fast application of Notable Days Lists to multiple locations within an organisation.
• The user can select multiple notable days lists
• The user will have three options for adjusting the notable day lists - Add, Remove or Replace
• Add = Add the selected notable day lists to the existing ones for this location
• Remove = If any of the selected notable day lists are against the location then remove them
• Replace = Remove all notable day lists and add the ones the user has selected
• A user can select to not change the notable days list(s) when saving
• A user can change the notable days lists to None
