What’s Changing?
New global settings added to Payroll > Administration > Global Settings > Payslip/P60 Settings, allowing to select if employees’ National Insurance and or YTD values are displayed when printing or emailing payslips.

Reason for the Change
Due to GDPR, Fourth has received a number of customer requests to have the ability to limit National Insurance and YTD values on payslips.

New Global settings
When set to No, this setting will prevent the National Insurance number being shown on any payslips that are printed through Payroll > Reports > View Reports > Payslips (see Fig.2). It will also prevent the National Insurance number showing on email payslips that are sent out (see Fig.3).
When set to No, this setting will prevent the YTD values being shown on any payslips that are printed through Payroll > Reports > View Reports > Payslips (see Fig.2). It will also prevent the YTD values showing on email payslips that are sent out (see Fig.3).

After deployment these settings will be defaulted to Yes to ensure no change to the current experience.

- Display National Insurance number on Payslip?
When set to No, this setting will prevent the National Insurance number being shown on any payslips that are printed through Payroll > Reports > View Reports > Payslips (see Fig.2). It will also prevent the National Insurance number showing on email payslips that are sent out (see Fig.3).
- Display Year To Date values Payslip?
When set to No, this setting will prevent the YTD values being shown on any payslips that are printed through Payroll > Reports > View Reports > Payslips (see Fig.2). It will also prevent the YTD values showing on email payslips that are sent out (see Fig.3).
