Fourth Learn: Navigating Fourth Learn and Accessing Training

This article shows how to navigate your Fourth Learn account and access the training that has been assigned to you.

When you first log in to Fourth Learn you will be taken to the landing page (see below), where you can navigate around the platform.

• My Learning - your Fourth Learn landing path. From this page, you can view all training that you are enrolled in
• Completed Learning - from this page you can view all of your fully completed training and retake any courses if you wish
• Customer Success Portal - links you directly to the CSP in a new tab
• My Current Learning - displays all learning that you are enrolled in
• Courses and Learning Paths - allows you to filter your view between courses and learning paths. Learning paths are simply a collection of courses - for example, we may have assigned you a learning path that is a set bundle of courses
• Filter your training view between courses that have been assigned to you directly, vs those that you have self-enrolled in
• My Account - clicking on your profile in the top right of the screen allows you to access your account details should you need to make updates
• Recently Completed - shows any learning completed in the last 7 days for quick reference 
• My Learning Overview - displays all of your courses by completion status. Click into the list view in the top right of the section to access links to each course.

If you land on the management overview page, like below, this just means that you have been set up to receive reports directly from the Fourth Learn platform. 

If you are also completing training on the platform, you will need to switch into learner mode using the dropdown next to your profile, as shown on the right.
