I haven't received login details
Whether you are receiving access to Fourth Learn via a token code or through having an account set up on your behalf, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to log in and any account details set up for you.
This will come from mailer@skyprepapp.com
If you have had an account set up on your behalf, you will receive an email containing your login details and a link to log in.
If you have received a token code, you will need to follow the link provided to the course and enter the keyword provided. If you have an account on Fourth Learn already, you will be able to sign in. If not, you will be prompted to fill out the registration form and then use the Lost My Password link to set a secure password.
I'm not receiving a link when resetting my password
If when using the Lost My Password link on the sign-in page, you do not receive a password reset email, please contact learn@fourth.com for assistance.
It may be that your account is no longer active, in which case we would need to liaise with your Fourth account manager to arrange further access. The Fourth Learn team can advise on this or assist in resetting your temporary password.

My training isn't showing as 'complete'
If your training is not showing as 'complete', check to confirm that each section is marked with a tick.
- In the training window, expand the 'burger' menu in the top left to view the section breakdown of the module

- Any sections on the left side panel not marked with a tick will need to be revisited and finished
Your training should then show as completed.
I can't find the training assigned to me
All training associated with your profile, whether assigned to you directly or that you have self-enrolled for, will be displayed on your landing page under the My Current Learning section.
- Use the drop-down filter on the right side of the page (Fig.4) to show only training that has been directly assigned to you to complete
- You can access training directly from this page by selecting the Course Name

*If there is no training showing for you at all, this means that nothing has been assigned to you yet. In this instance, you will need to contact either your Customer Success Manager or your Project Manager (if you are still in projects with Fourth).
When I click into the training, nothing loads for me
Training modules will most often launch in a pop-up window.
If nothing is launching for you, please ensure that you have pop-ups enabled in your browser settings.
The setting will look something like the below, depending on the browser that you are using:

I need my employees to receive training
Should you need other employees at your company to receive training on Fourth Learn, you will need to contact your Fourth account manager to arrange it. This will either be your Customer Success Manager (CSM), or our Customer Care team if your account is managed by them.
I need to extend my access to Fourth Learn
This request should be placed via your Fourth account manager. This will either be your Customer Success Manager (CSM), or our Customer Care team if your account is managed by them.
