Overview
This article covers how to register a stock Fuego Paycard for an employee using the Fuego admin tool.
Reference these articles for ordering Paycard stock and managing Paycard funds.
Please note: You will need access to the Paycard Management section of Fuego to be able to access this and be contracted for this feature. Please reach out to your account team if you have questions.
Register a New Card
To register a Paycard to an employee, select register card on the Paycard Management home screen.

Select the location the employee is at, using the location drop-down menu. Then click next.
Choosing the location ensures that the card stock is depleted from the relevant site.

Use the search filters to locate your employee. Once located, selected the radio button next to the relevant employee to choose them and click next.
If the employee can not be located, they can be added at this stage by clicking add employee.

If you are adding the employee, all employee details will need to be filled in on this page.

If the employee was already located in the employee list, the employee's payroll ID, first and last name, email and mobile number (if available), will auto-populate on this page.
The employee's SSN, date of birth and address will need to be entered manually.

Once the employee details have been entered, you will need to pair the card.
Enter the proxy number shown on the envelope of the Paycard into the Paycard Proxy # field. This pairs the card to the employee record.

At this stage, you can also optionally choose to immediately loads funds to the Card

The final screen allows you to review all details entered. When you are happy with this, click finish to complete the card registration.

Fuego will return to the Paycard Management homepage and a green success notification will display at the top of the page.

Direct Deposit
To then set up direct deposit for the employee, select the 'eye' icon next to the relevant employee, on the Paycards section of the Paycard Management screen, to obtain the account number for the employee.

You will be able to see all of the Paycards (both personalized and non personalized) for your employees in the Paycard Management screen. The routing number is the same for all Paycards and will have been shared during your implementation phase.
These details can be entered into your payroll system against the employee for direct deposit purposes.
Employee Journey
The employee will be able to manage their Fuego Paycard using the MyDashApp or portal for transactions, payments, and to enable their digital wallet - guidance on this will be included in the envelope provided to the employee with the Fuego Paycard
Additionally, if your organization offers On Demand Pay (Earned Wage Access or Tip Pay Out), the employee can use Fuego and choose to link the Paycard to their account in the Fuego app.
This process, once registered with Fuego, is completed under the linked payment accounts section of the Fuego App.

Employees will be asked to enter their SSN and Paycard proxy number, to link their Paycard to their Fuego App account, to benefit from On Demand Pay
