Overview
The Fuego Paycard can be used both as an employee's primary payment method and as a stock card. Offering the Fuego Paycard as a stock card, enables you to utilize Fuego in instances where an employee is termed and under law requires an immediate payout of their remaining owed pay, alongside other payroll exception processing
A Paycard Management area of the Fuego admin tool has been developed to support your use of the Paycard. This article covers how to manage and order Paycard stock.

Managing Stock
The image below displays the Paycard management landing page. This area of the admin tool is where you can manage Paycard stock, as well as manage funds and employee Paycards.

- Total Funds for Paycard Payments - displays the total funds available to be distributed onto Paycards.
- Locations - filter by location using the drop-down filter.
- Location - displays the location name.
- Address - displays the location address. This is the address where stock cards will be sent to.
- Available Cards - displays the number of cards currently available at the location. Each time card is registered against a location, this number will deplete. When new cards are ordered for the location, this number will increase.
- Threshold - displays the minimum quantity of card stock at the location. When the number of available cards falls below the threshold, card stock is automatically re-ordered for the location.
- Actions - allows you to manual order more cards, and view the order history. The order history will show whether an order was manual or automatic. When manually ordering new cards, you will not be able to modify the delivery address. Should this need changing, please contact the Fuego Support team for assistance.

Certain Paycard settings can be updated as and when required. Use the update settings button, to raise a request to our Fuego Support team.

The update settings button advises what information will be required by our Fuego Support team to modify certain settings, i.e. if you are adding or removing locations from your Fuego Paycard administration, modifying your auto re-order threshold or modifying your auto-re-order quantity.

Ordering New Cards
To manually place an order for new Paycards, select the 3 dots next to the location you wish to order the cards for; then select order cards.

When placing the order, a notification will display if there are any card orders already in progress for the chosen location. As the notification states, you can still proceed with placing the order if required.
To place the order, enter the number of cards you would like and fill out the shipping information, including a name and phone number for the order.
The shipping address will be auto-filled from the master location information held in Fuego. This can not be changed at this stage, however should you need to update this, please contact the Fuego Support team.

The next screen displays a confirmation of the order you are about to place.
Click finish order to complete placing your order.

Once the order has successfully been placed, Fuego will return to the main Paycard Management screen.
A green notification will show at the top of the screen, as confirmation that the order has been successfully placed.
