Overview
Once a document has been sent to an employee, it is possible to see the status and download completed envelopes directly from DocuSign.
Viewing Documents in DocuSign
Documents are sent via a single User's account within DocuSign. Before a user can view documents, they must be shared with that particular user. Information about how to share documents can be found here.
- To view a Document, go to DocuSign > Agreements

- Select Shared Access > Company Name

- To view all sent documents, select Sent

- To view all completed documents, select Completed

Documents that have been sent or completed will then be displayed.

Download Completed Documents
- To download a copy of a signed document, select Download (see Fig.5)
- Select the document(s) requiring download > Download

The document(s) will then be downloaded.
Viewing Completed Documents
Rather than downloading a document, select the record to be viewed.
- To view a completed document, select the record to be viewed

- To view a document within the record, select its preview on the right side

The document will then be displayed.
