    Fourth Analytics User Management - Cease of Support

    Overview

    As of 30th September 2024, Fourth technical support will no longer provide support for Fourth Analytics user management, for the following tasks:

    • User creation
    • Access adjustments
    • User removal
    • General adjustments

    Finger01.png These tasks will need to be managed internally at your organisation via the free Fourth Analytics Admin application.

    There is no additional cost/charge for this application.

    This article details all that is changing, and what you need to do before the 30th of September. 

     

    Reasons for the Change

    Managing these tasks internally will provide full visibility of your Fourth Analytics users and their access. You will have full control of the user management process, be it creating new users, editing existing users, or removing access. You will also not be confined to the existing lead times with Fourth support.

    Additionally, Fourth technical support resources will be significantly freed up following the deadline, meaning Fourth Analytics technical issues and queries can be investigated far quicker.

     

    Customers Affected?

    All customers with no current Fourth Analytics Admin application users.

    How to Proceed?

    - Raise a customer support ticket, using the following details:

    • Subject = Analytics Admin APP - [Organisation Name] - Setup & Training
      • If you are not listed as an authorised user for your company, we will need to arrange approval
    • The names and work email addresses of your designated administrators for these tasks
      • To avoid a single point of failure, please provide a minimum of 2 users

    - Fourth Support will then configure the Fourth Analytics Administration application, ready for use.

    Fourth Support will also raise an internal ticket, requesting the designated administrators to be sent the Fourth University, Analytics Administration application training course.

    • The course is mandatory and can be completed within your own time
    • It should take no longer than 15-25 minutes

    - Complete the course stated above, before the deadline

    - When Fourth can see that users have completed the course, we will assign the Fourth Analytics Administration application to the appropriate Fourth Accounts.
