Updated Statutory Paternity Fields for Adoption

• Enabled by default? - Yes
• Set up by customer admin? - No
• Enable via support ticket? - No
• Affects configuration or data? - No

What's Changing?

When an employee's paternity record is marked as Adoption?, the 'Baby Born Date' and 'Baby Due Date' fields will now change to 'Child Placement Date' and 'Child Arrival Date'.

Reason for the Change

To bring the Payroll module in line with more suitable terminology.

All customers using the Payroll module.

Release Note Info/Steps

To navigate to an employee's paternity record, go to:

• Payroll Module > Employees > Employee List > Find Employee > Employee Payroll Info > Ordinary Statutory Paternity Pay
• If Adoption is not ticked, the fields will remain as Baby Due Date and Baby Born Date:

• If Adoption is ticked, then the fields will update to Child Placement Date and Child Arrival Date
