Overview
This article shows how to use the graphs and tables in the KPIs section in Adaco Analytics.
The KPI Dashboard provides a dedicated view of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Screenshots in this article show desktop and mobile views - all functionality is identical on both.
- To navigate to the KPI Dashboard, log in to the Fourth app and go to All Applications > Fourth Analytics
- Then select KPIs from the top of the screen (see Fig.1)

Depending on whether Sales are integrated with Adaco, Sales reports may be missing.
Filtering the KPI Dashboard
The KPI Dashboard can be filtered using the dropdown filters (Fig.3). Most reports are hardcoded to last 7 days or yesterday, but a few are dictated by the selection in the Date Range filter.
- Data range: by default is set to ‘Last 30 days’
- Name (units): Property
- Description (StockLocation): Outlet
- Cost_Category (StockLocation)
- Category1 (MasterStock)
- Category1 (SalesItems)
- Name (Suppliers): Vendors

Sales
This section shows recipe net sales values for 'Yesterday' and 'Last Week' values.

Top 10 Sales Items last week
This shows the top 10 Sales items by 'Quantity' and 'Value' the previous week in descending order.

Actual vs Theoretical COS%
This bar chart visualises an average actual cost of sales % based on actual consumption and sales, along with a theoretical cost of sales % based on recipe cost and selling price. The comparison is by segment and is based on the Date range filter at the top of the KPI Dashboard.

Cumulative COS%
This table shows the cumulative cost of sales % by date for the chosen date range. It consists of the following metrics by Date: COS, COS to date, Outlet Sales, Outlet Sales to date, COS%, COS% to date.

YOY price variance last 7 days
The Year on Year (YOY) Price Variance graphs show the largest 10 variations of product prices, comparing values from the last 7 days versus last year at the same time. It will only return a comparison if the product has been purchased in both years.
In Fig.7, the top 10 price variations for products that were paid more than last year can be observed, whereas in Fig.8 the top 10 price variations are shown for products that were paid less, compared to last year.

Number of orders Matched and Unmatched Yesterday
The summary in Fig.9 shows the number of orders by delivery matching status for the previous day. In this example, yesterday 18 orders were delivered in the quantity ordered but at a lower price, while 21 orders were delivered at a higher price.

The chart in Fig.10 shows the top ten suppliers by number of matched POs and unmatched POs (under-delivered, over-delivered, received at lower cost, received at higher cost) for yesterday. They have been sorted by number of unmatched POs descending. In this example, of the 21 total unmatched orders for yesterday, 11 were supplied by the supplier 'Woods Farms'.
