What’s Changing?
Introduction of a new report - Scheduling Warning Report.
Reason for the Change
Requested from the Ideas portal. This report will provide a better understanding of how Scheduling Warnings are being used across an organisation.
Customers Affected
All Scheduling (old and new UI) customers with the user-level permission View Schedule.
Release Notes
- From the Scheduling homepage, go to the Reporting tab and select Scheduling Warnings Report

The Scheduling Warnings report page displays all the generated reports in the last 24 hours, which can be downloaded. Each report file is available for 24 hours before they are deleted.
- To generate a new report, select Create New

- Select a Location as required (or select All), and a From and To Date - the maximum period is 31 days - and then Save
Once the report has been generated it will appear in the list (as shown in Fig.2) and be ready to download (as a CSV file).

The implemented rules for the report are as follows:
- Display the warnings that occur in a single department
- If there is a warning for an employee which spans multiple departments in the same location, all impacted departments will be listed with a 'pipe' | separator in the 'Department' cell
- If there are warnings that span across multiple locations for an employee, they will be all displayed in separate rows for each location
- The report will use the preferred first name for employees if using the 'Display Preferred Name' setting and the preferred first name and last name if using the 'Display Preferred Name' and "Display Preferred Name and Last Name" setting
