HS: Forecast History Report

The Forecast History Report in HotSchedules will display when a forecast was applied to a schedule as well as the user that applied it.

Follow these steps to generate a Forecast History Report:

• Log into HotSchedules and navigate to the Reporting tab.
• You can locate the report by searching for it or selecting it from the Forecasting & Projecting section of reports.
• Select the week that you would like to view the data for. This would be the week of the schedule that was forecasted.
• Select which schedule you would like to view the information for.
• Select Generate Report to view the report on screen.
