Above Store Console (ASC) users have the ability to change the username and/or password for their account, but they must do so in their ASC rather than on an individual store's HotSchedules site. The same requirements for regular HotSchedules usernames and passwords apply:
- The username must be at least 5 characters long and unique to the system.
- The password must be at least 4 characters long, and it can be letters and/or numbers ONLY.
- The username must be unique in the HotSchedules system, meaning that it cannot be associated with another account. If you receive an error that states the username already exists, you can try another one.
Follow these steps to change an ASC username:
- Log in to your ASC account.
- Select Continue to access the above store console rather than navigating down to an individual store.
- Select Configure from the menu options on the left.
- Select Personal Settings.
- Select Login Details.
- Type your new Username in this field. You will also need to enter your Current Password.
- Select the Save button.
Follow these steps to change an ASC password:
- Log in to your ASC account.
- Select Continue to access the above store console rather than navigating down to an individual store.
- Select Configure from the menu options on the left.
- Select Personal Settings.
- Select Login Details.
- You will need to enter your Current Password and then type your New Password twice to confirm the change.
- Select the Save button.
