We have migrated to the new UI but the Portal Colours within HR are not what we expect them to be. Can we change back to our usual portal colour?
With the new user interface, the standard portal colours are available to select, along with the ability to set custom colours. Please see the following article for more information.
I am unable to use the browser BACS button to move back to a previous page within HR and Payroll
In the past, there have been issues reported when the browser back button has been used to navigate around the HR and Payroll modules. For this reason, as part of the new design, the browser back button has been disabled. Back toggles within the pages of the HR and Payroll module are available to take the user back to the previous page or different areas within the portal. The new navigation side menus also make it easier to move from one page to the next without the requirement to use the browser back button.

Within the Payroll home page, it is possible to expand the box for either the current or past payrun list. More information can be found in this article.
Home Page Logos are being cropped. Is there a way to rectify this?
Logos can be uploaded using the Portal Images page in HR Portal formatting Change Portal Images. Despite what it says on the page, the actual required image size is 623 x 200 px. We apologise if this information hasn’t been provided ahead of the change, and we will update the detail within the page to make sure it’s correct.
