The payroll module User Interface is in the process of being improved to bring it into line with the HR and Rota modules. Work is ongoing, and release notes will be published as and when the new pages have been released.
Payroll Module Home Page
- Use the side menu and go to Payroll > Payroll Homepage

- To see more of the Current or Past Payruns listed, use the expand icon in the top-right corner

To collapse the view after expanding, select the cross icon, as shown in Fig.3

Employee Payroll Summary
An employee's Payroll Summary can be viewed by either:
- Navigating into the current payroll and selecting the employee
or - Selecting View Payroll Summary from the top of the Employees Summary page
The page links (Payments, Attachments, etc) are available across the top of the Employee Payroll Summary page.
- To view the employee year-to-date figures, select Click here to view year to date figures, as shown in Fig.4.

Current Payrun Details
Within the current Pay run, all page links can be found within the Page Links menu item in the top-right corner.
