Overview
In addition to the onscreen 'Holiday Request History', there are some reports and an export available in the system that provide a wider scope of holiday-related data.
Reports
- Go to HR > Reports > View Reports > Holidays

Hover your cursor over each of the following to see a description on the right-hand side
- Holiday - Year To Date - gives an overview of holiday allowance for all employees across an organisation
- Holiday Status - provides a list of all holiday requests for employees at a specified division/location (organisations with over 100 Locations may want to use the Holiday Status export, as shown further below)
- Lieu Day Status - this report provides details of employee lieu days

Customised Reports
- Go to HR > Reports > Customised Reports
A customised report can be created specifically for holiday information.
Follow the guidance in this article, making sure to select Holiday Data as the Report Type.

Export - Holiday Status
The Holiday Status export returns similar results to the Holiday Status report mentioned earlier, using the following fields:
First Name
Surname
Employee Number
Location
Division
Job Title
Request Date - (the date of the holiday request itself, not the date is was created on)
Date Authorised
Paid/Unpaid
Full/Half Day Holiday
Holiday Status
Current/Former
Termination Date
Salary/Hourly Paid
Holiday Value
Holiday Type
- Go to HR > Reports > Exports
- Select Holiday Status Export as the Export Name
- Select a Location or All
- For the next field, leave blank for all employees, S for salaried, or H for hourly
- Date From/To - holiday requests within a certain range - the dates of the holidays themselves, not when they were actually requested
- Then select Run Export

The export will then be downloaded in CSV format. No export will be generated if no data is found.
