When will the remaining PeopleMatter pages have the new design?
Redesign efforts will continue throughout 2023. After this initial release, we will continue rolling out the new design across the entire PeopleMatter platform while creating easier workflows for popular actions like hiring a candidate. Before each new design rollout, the Fourth team will notify your main point of contact via email. If you have any questions, reach out to your account manager.
What’s being removed with the redesign?
No functionality will be lost with the new design.
How is this impacting the mobile and tablet experience?
For the better! The manager’s experience is now optimized for mobile ensuring your managers can stay ahead of the hiring process without being confined to the back office or stuck sitting at a desktop.
Do customers need to take any action?
To activate the new design and features, log into PeopleMatter and toggle on the bright pink beta switch at the top of your screen. It’s that easy!
Can customers opt out of the changes?
No, once the redesign is complete there will be no opting out. But with our efforts focused on making PeopleMatter easier than ever to navigate, you won’t want to!
Until then, however, managers must opt-in to the new experience by toggling on the beta switch at the top of the screen. We encourage you to opt-in so you can begin familiarizing yourself with the new design and can take full advantage of the new features we’ve developed to better meet your needs.
